Hurry, get your tickets for our second weekend freestyle evening taking place on Saturday 8 March at the Boxmoor Playhouse. Local band 'XL' will be here to provide us with an evening of live music.

Tickets are on sale at the desk on Monday 3rd March for only £6. If any are left they will be available on the door for £7, first come first served. Sorry, we can't reserve tickets without payment.

Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the music, including those people who don't dance. We want a good crowd 'dressed to impress' to make this an evening to remember.

ENTRANCE FEE £5

Due to the increased price of the hall and insurance we regret to have to inform you that the Entrance Fee will be increasing to £5 from the 3rd March 2003. Serious dancers can buy a 10 session entry ticket for £45.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Remember to bring your Boxmoor Beat card with you to each Monday jive class. This speeds up the check-in on the door, and you may be lucky enough to win a 'Free Entry' voucher! Each week we have a prize draw. The winning number is announced at 10 o'clock. You must have your card to qualify.

DANCE SHOES - 10th MARCH

Boogie Steps will be selling their extensive range of men's and women's dance footwear in the foyer on Monday 10th March. These are good quality shoes (Bloch, Katz, and Samba) that will make a real difference to your dancing. Pick up a leaflet from the desk or log on to 'Boogiesteps.com' to view the available styles and colours in advance.

TAXI DANCERS

We would like to welcome our new taxi dancers, Michael and Rebecca, to the team. The taxi dancers and Boxmoor crew are available at all times to dance with you and help you with the moves. You can recognize them by their light blue t-shirts. Feel free to ask whenever you need a partner. Newer members get top priority.

We'll be going GREEN on Monday 17th March to celebrate St Patrick's day with all the wonderful Irish people. Enjoy a glass of Guinness, our fun lesson and free to enter competition for the 'best green outfit'. At Boxmoor Playhouse.

Would you like to go on the next dance weekend which takes place at Warmwell, near Weymouth, from the 28th -31st March 2003? If the answer is YES then speak to one of the crew at the desk. There may be a couple of last minute vacancies.
