We run regular Modern Jive sessions in Hemel Hempstead.

On Mondays - Boxmoor Beat is at the Boxmoor Playhouse, 72 St Johns Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1NP.

You can come along to any of our sessions without booking. Doors open at 8 pm and admission is £6. You don't need to bring a partner, as everyone joins in together.

Modern Jive is a great partner dance that's easy to learn and fun to do. It's a wonderful way of socialising and keeping fit. You can come along and join us any night without booking. You don't need any special experience and you don't need to bring a partner. Whether you're a beginner or a regular dancer, we're sure you'll enjoy the friendly club atmosphere at Boxmoor Beat.

Monday 30th August - Open Bank Holiday. We're open as usual on Bank Holiday Monday, so come along and join in the summer fun. We start at 8pm at the Boxmoor Playhouse, Hemel Hempstead.

Saturday 4th September - Jiving At The Queens. Our next fabulous freestyle takes place at The Queens Square on Saturday 4th September. And we've managed to book the amazing Dawn and Lee to perform a cabaret for us. As usual we will have top class dance music from our team of DJs. And don't forget the free tea and buns to round off the evening.

Doors open at 8pm at the Queens Square, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4EW. Entry is £8 on the door or £7 if you pay in advance.  See you there.
